Adventures In Babysitting

This morning I got to go babysit for a couple in our ward. The mom was gone somewhere and the dad is in the bishopric with Tom. He had to be at a meeting this morning so Tom volunteered me to watch the kids. It wasn't too bad. And as you can see the kids were "so excited" that I was there. LOL This is their baby. She is so cute. She will be 1 in April.
This is their oldest. He is in the first grade and can read chapter books. He is very smart.

This is their youngest son and oldest daughter. The little boy is 3 and the girl is 5. She goes to kindergarten and loves it.
All in all it was pretty fun and we all survived. It just was a good thing that I didn't have to feed anybody or get anybody ready for church.

Hi Karen, You're sweet to babysit. Isn't is so much easier when you don't have to get them ready for church or to feed them! I'm sure they had a good experience. Fondly, Susan

I think Elora and that little boy in the 1st grade would hit it off well. She reads chapter books too.
Love that new picture you have of Daniel. He looks so happy! What a great opening picture.
