Our 25th wedding anniversary was on June 12, 2012. We got up and went back to the place where we were married. The Oakland LDS Temple. We went in and perform proxy sealings for other couples who did not have the opportunity in this life to do it. It was great. We were able to hear the same things that were said to us 25 years ago.

Afterward we went to Fenton's for ice cream. (Just like we did 25 years ago) It was soooo good.
Then we went to the Lafayette Park Hotel where we stayed the first night. We requested the same room. This bed was to die for. I don't remember it being that great the first time. When we got there we took a nap. We say that was the highlight of the trip. LOL

In the hotel they have a restaurant called the Duck Club. We had dinner there. It was very good. We both had shark.
The next day we were going to go to this great place called Cafe Barbara's. They have the best breakfast food. But when we got there it was a different restaurant. So we had to go home and settle for Cafe Tom's instead. It was really good. Tom can cook a mean breakfast.
CORRECTION: My short term memory is going. We ate
SWORDFISH not shark.

That would be a perfect anniversary going back to all the original places. But the part that looked the best was Cafe Tom's!
