Here are some cute and funny pictures I found of Christmas long ago. Hope you enjoy them. They brought a smile to my face and made me laugh out loud!
David and I decorating some Christmas tree some where. Aren't we just adorable and doing a good job? David is doing the work and I am supervising. This is still the way it is with Tom and I and trees. He does it and I supervise.
This is just an adorable picture isn't it. I don't know what was wrong with all of us that day. This was taken in about 1967 I think. It was in Okinawa. That is why we are dressed like summer time. Is what is worse than this picture is what Mom wrote on the back. She sent this to her parents and asked them if they had ever seen a sorrier bunch of kids.
My little sweetheart, Daniel. Isn't he so cute? He did much better by himself than he did with Santa as you will see.
Here is another picture of my sweetie.
Daniel wouldn't stay there by himself. He wanted out of there. Isn't he cute? Seems like history repeats itself.
Daniel wasn't too happy here. I don't know why. I have another one with his teacher and it wasn't much better.
He doesn't look too happy here and he doesn't seem to know what to do. Mommy come and get me.

Ah Karen these are adorable. Just think from a kid's point of view... a big scary man in outlandish gear with a hat and fake beard and he wants to hold you close - awhhh! All my children weren't very happy with Mr. Claus until about 6 or 7 and then don't leave them in a line .....maybe that's why you guys were not smiling!
Great Pictures!!
Those pictures are priceless...especially of your Daniel. You must be so happy you have them. I sure see Davey in Billy. And I agree, it sure looks like you were supervising even at that young age. The teacher in you was always there!
Karen, those are some great pictures! I love the snow on your blog too, very festive.
Oh my goodness Karen! What a treasure to have these pictures. I love all of them. The ones of you when you were little are so priceless and the ones of Daniel are just so sweet.
