Well, Here It Is

I don't know why I fretted so much about this post. I really wanted it to be special. Well, a couple of weeks ago, one of my students wrote this paragraph for a class assignment. I give them this paper and the opening sentence. They do the rest. I really loved this one.(you can click it to read) It says, "I like Christmas. I like Christmas because you get lots of presents. You also get to spend a lot of time with your family. And it is not all about presents. There is another thing. Can you guess? It's Jesus' birthday too!!! I love Christmas a lot because there are so many things you can do.
So, this is my 100th post. I hope you have enjoyed them. I enjoy this a lot. Here is to another 100 posts!!!

Oh sweet, oh so so sweet. I'm glad you gave him a smiley face near his mention of Jesus. I know we aren't suppose to talk about such things in public schools these days, but good for that student!!

And congratulations on your 100th post!!!
