Beth Update

This is an email I just received from Beth. I am so happy for her and prayers do work!!!

Thank you for your prayers. I have good news! Yesterday afternoon we returned from seeing my surgeon for a follow-up to the surgery. I’m healing very well and the cancer did not reach the sentinel lymph node (or any other)! It was found in some of the vessels leading to the node, however, so some chemo will probably be recommended for preventative reasons. And radiation may be recommended since the cancerous tumor was near muscle. We meet with an oncologist next Monday to discuss all this. We’re rejoicing though that it’s a good report.
